ETA says it dismantled "the logistical structure of the" armed wing

Basque separatist group ETA said it dismantled "the logistical and operational structures" armed actions the next step for the total disarmament. Basque newspaper Gara edition offers issued a statement Sunday, July 20 ETA that the group "dismantling the logistical and operational structures stand on the behavior of the armed struggle."
